We ship out from multiple international warehouses. After your order is complete, it takes us 1-3 business days to process your order and get it ready for the Shipping Center. We will update your tracking number once your item is shipped.

If your tracking activity shows that the label was printed or it was picked up by the carrier, but nothing else, please do not worry. Lately we have noticed that several of our packages show no activity after it is picked up even though the package is actually in transit. Tracking numbers can remain stuck at this stage for days or until it is delivered.
In the unlikely case, that the customs got hold of an item and asking for Fees to pay up on the regular price, the customer is liable to cover those occurring Fees.
It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.
If you accidentally shipped your package to the wrong address we can change the shipping information if your product has not left our facility.
To change an order, please contact us immediately. Be sure to include your order number and a message indicating the correct shipping address.
We can change a shipping address if the order has not been processed yet.
Please note that orders may process within 6 hours, so be sure to notify us as soon as possible.
Lost or stolen package
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier. Tracking Status Explanation
Once the order is shipped, please allow 1-3 business days for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status.
Pending: Your item has been packed and shipping information has been sent to the carrier. It could take a few days for the carrier to update the status of your order. Meanwhile, your order is actually on the way.
In Transit: Carrier has accepted or picked up the shipment from us. The shipment is on the way.
Out for Delivery: Carrier is about to deliver the shipment, or it is ready to pick up.
Exception: Custom hold, undelivered, returned shipment to the sender or any shipping exceptions. Please contact your local post office and provide them the tracking number to get further instruction.
Failed Attempt: Carrier attempted to deliver but failed, and usually leaves a notice and will try to deliver again. Please contact the local post office with the tracking number to arrange the delivery schedule or pick-up.
