Shipping Policy

We ship out from multiple international warehouses. After your order is complete, it takes us 1-3 business days to process your order and get it ready for the Shipping Center.

We will update your tracking number once your item is shipped. The tracking number will be available in the system within 1-3 days.

Shipping time: 7-25 business days, due to the situation of COVID-19. This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our international warehouse to the destination.

How will COVID-19 affect my delivery?
We are currently still able to deliver Worldwide. However, please allow extra time for your order to arrive as there are extra procedures in place which may cause delays in your city.

If your tracking activity shows that the label was printed or it was picked up by the carrier, but nothing else, please do not worry. Lately we have noticed that several of our packages show no activity after it is picked up even though the package is actually in transit. Tracking numbers can remain stuck at this stage for weeks or until it is delivered.

Custom Fees

In the unlikely case, that the customs got hold of an item and asking for Fees to pay up on the regular price, the customer is liable to cover those occurring Fees.

Wrong address

It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address.

Lost or stolen package

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier. If you have any further questions on how to do this, please reach out to our customer support team.

Tracking Status Explanation

Once the order is shipped, please allow 1-5 days for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status.

Pending: Your item has been packed and shipping information has been sent to the carrier. It could take a few days for the carrier to update the status of your order. Meanwhile, your order is actual on the way.

In Transit: Carrier has accepted or picked up the shipment from us. The shipment is on the way.

Out for Delivery: Carrier is about to deliver the shipment, or it is ready to pick up.

Exception: Custom hold, undelivered, returned shipment to the sender or any shipping exceptions. Please contact your local post office and provide them the tracking number to get further instruction.

Failed Attempt: Carrier attempted to deliver but failed, and usually leaves a notice and will try to deliver again. Please contact the local post office with the tracking number to arrange the delivery schedule or pick-up.
